The terms we work under.
Plain-English summary of how our engagements run. Your own contract should replace this before you launch.
Fees and staging
Projects are quoted as a fixed fee, not a day rate, and invoiced in three parts: a third to begin, a third at sign-off of direction, a third on delivery. Invoices are payable within fourteen days.
Scope
The proposal states what is included. If the scope genuinely changes we reprice in writing before continuing, never afterwards. Two rounds of revision are included at each stage; further rounds are quoted separately.
Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you outright, including the strategy document. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed to that point is invoiced pro rata; the deposit is not refundable once a slot has been held.
