How we handle your data.
Short version: we collect the minimum required to reply to you, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company, indicative budget and whatever you write in the message. If you email us directly we hold that correspondence. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not set cookies or track you across sites.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of work we have quoted for. We keep enquiry correspondence for two years and project records for seven, which is what our accountants require.
Who sees it
The nine people who work here, and our accountants where a project record is involved. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you enquired.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold and we will tell you. Ask us to correct or delete it and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a financial record. Email hello@holloway.studio and a person will reply.
